This was our first time using Robinsons Plumbing, and Derick did a great job! Kind, professional, polite, neat, and when a faucet was a little wobbly, he even came back the next day with an alternative part to stabilize it. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because it was very expensive….but perhaps that’s an industry-wide issue. UPDATE: I've added a 5th star! A surprise leak occurred in our basement over the weekend, and Derick not only diagnosed the problem efficiently...but returned the following day to replace our tankless water heater and add a filtration system to prevent further issues with sediment. I am SO glad we switched to Robinson's when we did! What an enormous comfort to have Derick's capable help.

Justin has worked on our plumbing twice. First, he replaced the pipes, plumbing under our kitchen sink. Today, he unclogged the pipes under our kitchen sink. Robinson plumbing in Midlothian was a blessing for me today! They were the only one to answer on a Sunday and more than that they said they could have someone out that day. I had a main line clog and basically could not use any water due to the backup. Derrick was quick to diagnose the issue, quick to complete the work. He also let me know how much the bill would be prior to starting work. Very professional and I highly recommend. They have earned my business by being there when I sorely needed them.
