Micheal and Justin installed a new water heater for me yesterday and did an outstanding job. They were polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. I had a very slow leak in the crawlspace that was not an emergency (yet). I was still able to get an appointment first thing the next morning. Derick called ahead and was right on time. He was very friendly and professional, jumped under the house and assessed the situation within minutes. Then he gave me a detailed description of what he was going to do, the cost involved, and answered all of my questions and concerns. Derrck fixed the problem, showed me the repair and the bad section of pipe her replaced, answered some more questions about future concerns I had, and was on his way in just over an hour after arrival. I will definitely be calling Robinson's Plumbing Services next time I need plumbing work that I can't handle myself!

Woke to garage filled with water and water heater was the culprit. Other places didn't have appointments for 3 days, these guys got to us in 3 hours and had it fixed before noon. Very happy with the service and when it's time to upgrade, I'll be calling again, thanks Tim!

Very good experience. I had no hot water. I agreed to recommendation of heater replacement. Also cleaned out bathroom sink pipe. Very hayy with Michael's efficiency.
The day after thanksgiving, we had a large leak in the kitchen waste pipe that goes down through the garage, right next to the electrical panel. In short, an emergency. We didn't know the exact source of the leak or the difficulty of a remedy. We called Robinson's and about two hours Nigel showed up to help. Again, the day after Thanksgiving. The leak turned out to be a break in the pipe in a remarkably inaccessible spot as it passed through the subfloor of the kitchen. Had we waited through the weekend the consequences could have been severe. Nigel found the exact location of the break, fabricated a fix with a series of couplings that had to be assembled in place due to the turns and location, and had us good to go within the course if about 2.5 hours. What started out as a holiday disaster ended as a minor inconvenience. I can't recommend him enough.
No one wants a water leak when you have company but when it happens - Robinson Plumbing can help! I had someone at the house within a few hours and the issue was identified and resolved quickly and efficiently! And the “after hours” prices are so reasonable!
