Jamie was at our house by 9AM - he was polite and friendly, despite the fact that he probably didn't want to be working on a holiday. (You would never have known that by how he interacted with us). He took his time trying to find every possible solution that didn't include replacing the entire water heater. This made me feel confident that when ultimately that was his recommendation, I could trust he had tried everything else. Over the last year we have had 3 plumbers out to correct an issue we had. Only Robinson's Plumbing continued to dig deeper to find the real problem instead of suggesting a quick fix. It took a couple of hours to identify and Tim our technician worked with someone at his office via phone calls and photographs until the issue was identified and it wasn't a very expensive repair. I have waited a week to post to ensure the problem has been corrected. I am pleased to say we haven't run out of hot water since then. Very professional company and will be my go to plumber.

Woke up by my son at 4am after he flushed the toilet and said there was a leak. Called at 7 after I was able to get the water to stop flowing in our hall bathroom. Phone call was returned promptly and was scheduled immediately. Reece was amazing and as able to get us up and running in no time. I had a very slow leak in the crawlspace that was not an emergency (yet). I was still able to get an appointment first thing the next morning. Derick called ahead and was right on time. He was very friendly and professional, jumped under the house and assessed the situation within minutes. Then he gave me a detailed description of what he was going to do, the cost involved, and answered all of my questions and concerns. Derrck fixed the problem, showed me the repair and the bad section of pipe her replaced, answered some more questions about future concerns I had, and was on his way in just over an hour after arrival. I will definitely be calling Robinson's Plumbing Services next time I need plumbing work that I can't handle myself!
