I called a dozen would be "24/7" services and Robinson's was the only one that was truly 24/7! They answered quickly and got some one dispatched just as quickly. Jamie was at our house by 9AM - he was polite and friendly, despite the fact that he probably didn't want to be working on a holiday. (You would never have known that by how he interacted with us). He took his time trying to find every possible solution that didn't include replacing the entire water heater. This made me feel confident that when ultimately that was his recommendation, I could trust he had tried everything else.
