Holidays loom large in Susan Proctor’s life. Not only did Susan start her new role on Halloween—her birthday is Valentine’s Day. She’s originally from Buffalo and has been married for 24 years. Her son is an Army soldier, and her daughter is a Temple University graduate. Before coming to RPS, she worked for a plumbing distribution company for 16 years. Susan is really into exercising, shopping, reading, listening to music and watching football. Above all else, she treasures spending time with her family. One of the most interesting things she does with her family is ride dirt bikes and three-wheelers. She grew up riding them, and when she goes home to NY, she still rides with the kids in the family.
